Dairy & Spreads Processing Equipment
We build the storage, blending, filling, and transfer end of a dairy-fat and spreadable-product operation. If your process centres on a fat-based or spreadable product — a chocolate-hazelnut spread, a processed-cheese blend, a butter or margarine fill — the machines below hold it warm, mix it homogeneous, move it, and put it into cups and containers.
We are direct on scope. This is not a full dairy line. We do not make pasteurisers, homogenisers, or separators, and we will not sell you one dressed up as something else. Thermal processing and fat separation sit outside our current catalog. What we supply is the equipment around those steps — tanks, blending, filling, and pumps — all built stainless in Casablanca to the same food-contact standard as our chocolate range.
The components are the argument. Electrical control is Schneider; pneumatics are Festo; bearings are FAG; PLC and servomotor systems are Siemens where a machine carries them. Those are the same brands that go into our moulding lines, chosen so a plant already running our chocolate equipment services one parts and control philosophy, not two.

What sets the throughput
Capacity here is set by the vessel and the fill head, not by a single line rating. Storage and warm-holding is handled by our tanks: the M-1000 fat melting tank and the M-2000 chocolate stock tank are the catalog reference points, and tanks are buildable from 50 kg to 100 tonnes to match the volume you actually hold. Blending throughput comes from the M-1200 pre-mixer at 1,000 kg per 15 minutes of homogeneous mix.
Filling is where the headline number sits. The NZ-8 fills to 2,280 kg/h and is configured with 1, 2, 4, or 8 heads depending on the throughput you need — spreads, sauces, powders such as milk powder and cocoa powder, jam, and honey into cups and containers. What drives the configuration is your product viscosity, container format, and target rate; we size the head count and the tank volume to those and confirm the build on quotation.
Who this is for
Built for
- Producers of spreads, fillings, and dairy-fat products
- Makers adding storage or warm-holding capacity
- Operations adding homogeneous blending for spreadable products
- Co-packers needing cup and container filling
- Plants standardising on Siemens/Schneider/Festo/FAG components
Straight answer
What this equipment does not cover
This page covers storage, blending, filling, and transfer for spreadable and fat-based dairy products. Thermal processing — pasteurisation, homogenisation, and separation — is outside our current catalog, and we do not manufacture those machines. If your line needs them, we are not the right source for that step, and we will say so early rather than late. Anything beyond storage, blending, filling, and transfer is scoped as a custom build only where our engineering can genuinely deliver it — we do not take on process steps we cannot stand behind.
