One-Shot Chocolate Moulding Lines
Our one-shot moulding lines shape, mould, and cool chocolate in a single deposit. One-shot means the shell and any filling are laid down together in one pass, so bars, pralines, tablets, truffles, candies, and figurines all run from the same line with a change of mould. We build two models — the M-540 semi-automatic and the M-560 automatic — and we supply the chocolate moulds alongside them, because the offer is machinery and moulds, not one without the other.
Choose the M-540 when output of 200-500 kg/h fits the plant and an operator stays on the line. Choose the M-560 when 300-600 kg/h and a fully automatic cycle are the target. Both run 35 kW; the difference is throughput, footprint, and how much the line runs itself. We size the choice to your product and your floor, and we say plainly when a smaller line is the right call.

Straight answer
What these lines are not
A one-shot moulding line moulds and fills — it does not temper your chocolate mass from scratch or refine it. The mass arrives already tempered and at working viscosity; refining and storage happen upstream on a ball mill and storage tanks. The M-540 and M-560 are built for moulded formats, so if your product is enrobed rather than moulded, the enrobing line is a different machine and we will point you to it. Inclusion units for hazelnut, granule, or biscuit are optional on the M-560; they are not fitted unless your product needs them, and we confirm that at quotation rather than selling capacity you will not use.
