Chocolate Refining & Ball Mills
Refining is where chocolate mass becomes smooth enough to eat. The M-150 ball mill takes a 500 kg batch to eating fineness in a single vessel, running a 2-3 h cycle at 24 kW. The M-500 powder sugar mill feeds that process, turning crystalline sugar into 50-60 micron powder at 500 kg/h. Both are fully stainless steel, hygienic, and panel-controlled — the settings live on the machine, not in a manual.
The ball mill replaces the roll-refining step for producers up to mid-industrial scale. Where flavour development is the objective, conching still has a place, and we build conches to order rather than fitting a fixed model to a product that does not need one. We size the refining stage to your recipe and throughput, and we tell you when a ball mill is enough and when it is not.

Straight answer
What these machines are not for
The M-150 ball mill refines to eating fineness — it does not conche. Conching develops flavour by driving off volatiles and shearing the mass over hours, and where that flavour work is the goal, a ball mill on its own will not deliver it. For those products we build a conche to order and pair it with refining; we do not publish a fixed conche model, because the right vessel depends on your recipe, batch size, and cycle time. The M-500 powder sugar mill produces powdered sugar for chocolate and cream — it is a sugar mill, not a general-purpose grinder for other ingredients.
