Confectionery & Candy Lines
Confectionery covers a wide range of formats — chocolates, pralines, bars, tablets, candies, truffles, figurines — and most of them share a common production spine: melt and store the mass, deposit or mould it, cool it, and move it to packaging. We build that spine from catalog stations and size each one to your product and volume.
The line is organised around the moulding stage, because that stage sets your throughput. A One-Shot Moulding Line shapes and cools bars, pralines, truffles, candies, and figurines, with or without filling. Upstream sit melting and storage tanks; downstream sits a cooling tunnel matched to line output.
This is a moulding and depositing line for chocolate and confectionery masses that are worked in liquid or paste form. It is engineered and built at our Casablanca facility, and installed and commissioned by the same engineers who build it.

What sets the throughput
Throughput is set at the moulding stage, so the line is specified around one decision: M-540 or M-560. The M-540 One-Shot Moulding Line, semi-automatic, runs 200-500 kg/h at 15-18 moulds/min — suited to producers moving from bench work to a first automated line. The M-560, automatic, runs 300-600 kg/h at 12-16 moulds/min for higher, steadier volume, with or without filling and with optional units for hazelnut, granule, or biscuit inclusion.
Filling formats — spreads, jam, honey — can run through the NZ-8 filling machine at up to 2,280 kg/h with 1 to 8 heads, the head count chosen for the throughput you need. Cooling is handled by the M-590 Cooling Tunnel at 5,000-9,000 kcal/h, with tunnel length configured to line output. Storage is sized to the mass you hold: the M-2000 stock tank holds 2,000 kg, and tanks are buildable from 50 kg to 100 tonnes. Moulds are supplied with the moulding lines. Where a configuration touches capacity, automation level, tunnel length, or optional units, those are the cost drivers we work through on quotation.

Straight answer
What this line does not cover
This line covers chocolate and deposited or moulded confectionery, including filled formats. It does not cover hard-candy production — sugar boiling and starch moulding are not part of our current catalog. If your product needs a cooking or starch-moulding stage, that would be scoped as a custom build rather than assembled from these stations, and we will tell you so before you commit. We would rather quote the machine your product actually needs than fit it to a line that will not make it well.
