Industrial Mixers & Line Accessories
Sometimes the line already exists. What you need is one more station — mixing capacity to clear a bottleneck, a tank to hold more mass, a pump to move it, or a conveyor to feed the next machine. We build those stations and integrate them into the equipment you already run.
This page is about completing and upgrading a line, not composing a new one. Every station here is drawn from the same catalog that feeds our full chocolate, biscuit, wafer, and cake lines, so a Redstone Mach accessory speaks the same mechanical and control language as the machines around it. Stainless steel, food-contact construction, panel controls where the process needs them.
We scope each addition to your existing equipment and plant layout. Tell us the batch you run and the line rate you need to hold, and we size the station to it — from a catalog model where one fits, or engineered to order where it does not. Everything is built in Casablanca.

Capacity
What sets the throughput
Capacity here is set by your batch and your line rate, not by a fixed model. The Pre-Mixer M-1200 runs 1,000 kg per 15 min at 13 kW, homogenising mass ahead of refining or moulding, with a 7-inch touchscreen for programmed recipes. Where that batch size or that cycle does not match your line, we engineer the mixer to order.
Transfer and storage size the same way. Fat pumps come in internal gear, helical gear, and lobe families, in stainless steel or bronze, each sized to duty. Melting and storage runs from the M-1000 fat melting tank at 1,000 kg per 30 min through the M-2000 stock tank at 2,000 kg, with tanks buildable from 50 kg to 100 tonnes. The Feeding/Alignment Conveyor M-100 moves 1,000 pcs/min from a tunnel or oven exit toward sorting or packaging.
Who this is for
Built for
- Factories upgrading a bottleneck station on a running line
- Integrators sourcing sub-assemblies to build into their own systems
- Producers adding storage, transfer, or mixing capacity
- Plants needing a tank sized between catalog steps
- Buyers replacing a failed pump or conveyor with a duty-matched unit
Straight answer
What this page is not for
This is a page of accessory and mixing stations to complete or upgrade a line you already have. If you are building a new line from the ground up, start from the industry solution pages — chocolate, biscuit, wafer, cake, confectionery — where the full sequence is composed for you. We scope every station here to your existing equipment and plant constraints, which means we need to see what you run before we size what we add. We do not sell a mixer or a tank as a whole line, and we will point you to the right solution page when that is what you actually need.
