Biscuit & Cookie Line Equipment
A biscuit or cookie factory is a chain of stages, and we build a defined part of that chain. Dough mixing, forming, and baking produce the base product. What happens next — filling, coating, cooling, and moving biscuits toward packaging — is where our equipment goes to work.
We are honest about the split up front. We do not manufacture a biscuit baking oven or a dough forming line, so we do not sell you one. We supply the filling, chocolate-coating, cooling, and handling stations that turn a baked biscuit into a finished, packable product, and we build to order where a standard machine does not fit.
Everything is engineered and built in our Casablanca facility, with Siemens and Schneider electronics, Festo pneumatics, and FAG bearings across the range. Stainless steel food-contact construction throughout. For the baking and forming stages, we will either scope a custom-built machine with you or point the need back to your oven supplier — whichever gets your line running correctly.

What sets the throughput
Capacity is set by the stations you add and the throughput you need to match downstream of the oven. The Pre-Mixer M-1200 prepares creams, fillings, and mixes at 1,000 kg per 15 min. The NZ-8 filling machine deposits jam, honey, and cream fillings at up to 2,280 kg/h, configured with 1, 2, 4, or 8 filling heads depending on the throughput you require.
For a chocolate-coating step, the Cooling Tunnel M-590 removes 5,000-9,000 kcal/h and its length is configured to your line output, while storage tanks and chocolate pumps hold and transfer the coating mass. The Feeding/Alignment Conveyor M-100 then transports biscuits from the oven exit toward sorting or packaging at 1,000 pcs/min. Final configuration — head count, tunnel length, conveyor run — is confirmed with each quotation.

What this line does not include
We do not manufacture the dough mixing, dough forming, or baking (oven) stages of a biscuit or cookie operation — these are not part of our current catalog. Our equipment starts after the oven: filling, chocolate coating, cooling, and handling toward packaging. If you need the forming and baking stages, we will either scope a custom-built machine with you or work alongside your existing oven supplier — we will not sell you a rotary moulder or a baking oven we do not build. Tell us what leaves your oven and at what rate, and we will size the downstream line to match.
