Questions

Frequently asked

What machines do you manufacture?
We build chocolate and confectionery machinery across the process: fat melting and storage tanks, powder sugar milling, pre-mixing, ball-mill refining, one-shot moulding lines, cup and container filling, cooling tunnels, and feeding conveyors. Tempering, enrobing, and pumps are engineered to order.
Which machines make up a complete chocolate line?
A chocolate line runs fat melting, sugar milling, pre-mixing, ball-mill refining, storage, one-shot moulding, cooling, and handling. Our chocolate processing lines page shows the full sequence, station by station.
Do you build machines to a custom capacity?
Yes. Catalog models cover common throughputs — one-shot moulding from 200–500 kg/h on the M-540 to 300–600 kg/h on the M-560, storage tanks from 50 kg to 100 tonnes — and we size mixers, tanks, and lines to order. Send your target capacity and we configure to it.
What components go into your machines?
Component brands across the range include Siemens PLCs and servomotors, Schneider electrics, Festo pneumatics, and FAG bearings, on stainless steel food-contact construction. We list the exact composition on each machine page where the catalog states it.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We build in Casablanca and ship worldwide, with installations across Africa. Installation, commissioning, and operator training are delivered in English, French, and Arabic.
